DESCRIPTION:Sing with Me had 138 online singing sessions during the pandemic. Some of our international group (USA\, UK\, Germany\, Brazil\, The United Arab Emirates\, France\, Iceland…) met in person since but this is our virtual reunion. It is open to anyone who would like to learn a Yiddish and a Russian song in a friendly session.  \nSee more about SWM here. 6-7pm UK time. \nSing with Me Yiddish Song Sessions Online open to everyone. \n\nNew songs in every session.\nLearn about cultural context and style.\nNo knowledge of Yiddish or other languages is needed.\nSong sheets are shown on the screen during sessions.\nSession videos are posted on Youtube. \nPayments are appreciated but you can also join free of charge.\nA Zoom link for each session\, printable song sheet with music\, lyrics\, translation and transliteration appear on this page minimum two hours before the session.\nHere are some basics for Yiddish transliteration \n\nRelated Images:
