DESCRIPTION:  \nSiberia-born\, Tatarstan-raised\, and now UK-based Russian and Yiddish singer\, pianist\, and choir director Polina Skovoroda-Shepherd invites you to her SING WITH ME online class. Each session runs about 35 minutes. Polina alternates teaching Russian and Yiddish songs from day to day.\nEvery fifth day there is a short concert with guests: Merlin Shepherd\, Lorin Sklamberg\, Efim Chorny & Suzanna Ghergus (Moldova)\, Oleg Timofeyev(Iowa\, USA)\, Joshua Horowitz (Berkeley\, USA)\, Psoy Korolenko (Moscow – USA) have guested in the concert sessions\, more guests are invited to join.\nPolina also tells some fun stories from her professional travels like playing for Boris Yeltsin\, singing a gig in -26°C (-14.8°F)… \nNo knowledge of languages is needed! Transliterations and translations are provided. It is easy and fun!
